We like start at the plan stage of a project working alongside your Architect or Builder to ensure that key first fix features such as lighting and hard finishes are considered right from the beginning
Our projects start with an Ideas Pack which explores the potential within the property and provides you with the clarity you need to decide the level of investment your project requires and certainty around the design direction we have proposed. Following this offer a Masterplan service though which our plans are implemented
Our projects typically contain bespoke items from suppliers with whom we have worked with for many years , each carefully tailored to our specification.
What we do - Property Investors
We regularly work with Property Investors to create homes within conversion projects or stand alone homes for sale or rental. We establish a house style for the development whilst ensuring that each unit has its own distinct character and fits within the whole.
We are adept at providing economical solutions for multi unit projects and working to a tight budget to deliver high end finishes and detailing which will guarantee the best return on investment.
We are passionate about our Process and take pride in delivering stunning results on time and within budget in a friendly and enjoyable environ.
